We want you to be totally satisfied with our products, however there may be times when you may not be and need to return a product purchased from us.

What is the Returns Criteria?

Details of our Returns Criteria are outlined below:

Product need to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving;

Proof of purchase is required;

A completed Returns Request Form must accompany all returned product;

Clothing must be new, unworn/unmarked condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable, hygiene stickers still attached.

Footwear must be returned unmarked and must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels attached – the branded box is just as important as the footwear, so please do not alter it in any way.

If your returned product does not meet the above criteria, your exchange or refund may be declined.

When am I not be entitled to a refund or exchange?

You are not entitled to a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

Change of mind

Please choose your product/s and quantity required carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, this includes if you have found a cheaper product elsewhere or you over-order and/or no longer require;

You make an error in your order and it has already been dispatched

Please make sure you carefully review your order prior to finalising your purchase as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you make an error in your order and it has already been dispatched. If, however, you become aware of an error in your order prior to us dispatching it we will be happy to rectify the issue for you. If this happens please email us at info@itsallaboutkids.com.au immediately to advise so we can try to rectify prior to dispatching.

Product misused or damaged by you after purchase

We do not offer a refund or exchange on product which has been misused or damaged by you after purchase. We reserve the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault or damage to the product by misusing it.

Products on sale

Product purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange (unless damaged or faulty).

When am I entitled to a refund or exchange?

It’s never nice to discover that a product you brought is either damaged or faulty, so if you receive a product from Its All About Kids that you believe to be damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.

Product does not match description

We make every effort to ensure all products on our website are described as accurately as possible. As much as we try to avoid it, on rare occasions the information on our website may contain some inaccuracies. If the product you have received is so different from the description, you are entitled to an exchange or refund on that particular product.

Product is not what you ordered

We are sorry if we have sent you a product that is different from what you have ordered. If you receive a product which you believe you have not ordered, then you are entitled to an exchange or refund on that particular product.

Clothing and Footwear that is unsuitable

We understand shopping online for clothing and footwear is challenging because you cannot try them on prior to purchasing. That’s why, if you choose an incorrect size, colour or the product is unsuitable, Its All About Kids is happy to offer you an exchange or offer a refund.

How do I return a damaged or faulty product?

It’s never nice to discover that a product you brought is either damaged or faulty, so if you receive a product from Its All About Kids that you believe to be damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund.

  • Once you have notified us and we have determined that a refund or exchange is possible, we will email you a returns label. Please print and attach this label to your parcel and return it to your nearest post office.

On the receipt of the returned product, we will assess the product to ensure that it meets our returns criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the returns criteria satisfied, we will refund your order, including original shipping costs, via your original method of payment as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order and obtain a refund?

You may cancel your order and obtain a refund provided that any cancellations are made prior to your order being dispatched. We suggest you contact us via email info@itsallaboutkids.com.au as soon as possible to advise of cancellation as once your order has been dispatched no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

How do I return Clothing and Footwear?

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange clothing and/or footwear product, you will need to follow a re-order and return process:

Place an order for your new product immediately to avoid missing out;

Complete and print out the Return Request Form – click here

Return the unsuitable product, in its new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable, hygiene stickers still attached, along with the Return Request Form;

PLEASE NOTE

On the receipt of the returned product, we will assess the product to ensure that it meets our returns criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the returns criteria satisfied, we will refund your order (excluding the shipping cost) via your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All postage costs associated with returning clothing and footwear are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning product via registered post as Its All About Kids does not accept responsibility for product that is lost or damaged when being sent back to us
